Delivery Policy
How you receive what you buy on Ztution. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Digital delivery only
Ztution sells coins and online services. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery charges.
When you receive your coins
- Coins are added to your wallet immediately after your payment is confirmed by Paystation, usually within a minute.
- You will see them in your coin balance and in your coin history, and the checkout page confirms the amount added.
If your coins do not arrive
If money has left your account but your balance has not changed after 30 minutes, email support@ztution.com with your phone number and payment reference. We will credit the coins or refund the payment under our Return & Refund Policy.
Services
Contact details unlocked with coins are shown on screen straight away. Tuition itself is arranged and delivered directly between you and the tutor or student.
