1. Who we are

These terms apply to the Ztution website and mobile app, operated by Ztution (“Ztution”, “we”), Bangladesh. Our full details are on the contact page. By creating an account or paying on Ztution you agree to these terms, our Return & Refund Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. What Ztution is

Ztution is an online marketplace that introduces students and guardians to tutors and tuition media. We are not a party to any tuition arrangement. Lessons, fees, schedules and conduct are agreed directly between the people involved, and we do not guarantee any tutor, student, outcome or income.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older, or use Ztution with a parent or guardian. Tutors must hold a valid university email.
• Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that use false identities, fake posts, abusive language, or try to bypass our checks.
• Tuition media must complete page review and identity verification before they can post.

4. Coins and prices

• All prices on Ztution are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
• Coins are a prepaid, in-app credit. 1 coin costs ৳1; larger purchases may earn bonus coins. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
• Coins are spent to apply to requests and to unlock contact details, at the price shown before you confirm.
• Payments are processed by Paystation (bKash, Nagad, Rocket and cards). We never see or store your card details or wallet PIN.
• Refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to post false or misleading requests, harass others, share another person’s contact details, use Ztution for anything unlawful, scrape or overload the service, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

6. Content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it on Ztution so the service can work. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Ztution available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Ztution is not liable for indirect losses, for what happens between users outside the platform, or for losses beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over disputes.
