Return & Refund Policy
How refunds work for coins and applications. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Ztution sells a digital service (coins), so there is nothing to physically return. This policy explains when money or coins come back to you. All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
1. Automatic refunds (coins back to your wallet)
When you apply to a tuition request, the application fee is held and returned to you automatically if:
- the guardian or tuition media declines your application before shortlisting you;
- the request is closed, filled by someone else, or expires without shortlisting you;
- the request is confirmed to be fake or breaks our rules.
No request from you is needed. The refund shows in your coin history.
2. Payment problems (money back to you)
- Charged but coins not received — we will credit the coins, or refund the payment if you prefer, once we confirm the charge.
- Duplicate or wrongly charged payment — the extra amount is refunded in full.
- Unused coins — if you bought coins by mistake and have spent none of that purchase, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying.
3. What is not refundable
- Coins already spent on unlocking a contact, once the contact has been revealed.
- Application fees for applications that were shortlisted and used.
- Bonus coins, which have no cash value.
- Coins on an account closed for breaking our Terms & Conditions.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@ztution.com or call +880 1797 859806 with your account phone number and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card) within 7 to 14 working days, depending on your provider. Coin refunds are instant.
