Our promises
- We never show a phone number until a verified member unlocks it.
- We never ask for your password, OTP or card details by message.
- We never let anyone contact you outside the unlock flow.
- We review every report and act on the account.
Tips for families
- Meet the first time at home with a family member present, or online.
- Check the verified badge and university on the profile before you unlock.
- Pay tutors only after the first agreed class, not in advance.
- Report anything uncomfortable from the contact page.
